Steps

Heat ghee. Roast rawa till light golden brown. Add milk. Stir continuously till it gets absorbed.

Now add sugar. Let it dissolve. When done add cardamom powder,essence, dry fruits and pineapple pieces. Mix well.

Remove in serving bowl and garnish with almonds, cashews and raisins and a piece of pineapple.
