U can use any brand of indomie you have. But am using Cherri Indomie (20g)

Perboil Indomie and drain in a colander and set aside.

Chop onions, Pepper & fried fish and set aside. #you can any thing you want like meat, minced meat or non.

In a medium bowl, put the Perboiled Indomie, 2 eggs, Indomie seasoning, chopped onions, pepper and fish. Whisk everything to mix.

In a nonstick pan, put 4 tablespoon of oil, when hot, pour in the mixture of Indomie.

Cover and allow the down to be brown. Open and turn over. Leave it open.

Ding!!! Your Fried Indomie is done... Serve hot with tea or juice. #Homemade is the best!!! 💞
