Saute garlic and onion in oil. Drain and mash artichokes, eggbeaters, garlic and onions. Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Set aside and allow to cook a little. In another dish, mix cheese and bread crumbs. Roll the warm mixture into balls and coat with the dry mixty. Chill in refrigerator several hours. Serve cold.
