Ingredients

  • 2 halfripe Plantain
  • Small 1/2 cup Fresh pepper
  • Salt
  • 3cksp Palmoil
  • 1Onion

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and make small cuts on the plantain place on the local grill and grill turning till is well grilled.

  2. 2

    Blend the fresh red pepper and dice onion fry in bleached palmoil add salt and is ok.
