Ingredients

  • 1 headcabbage
  • 2carrots grated
  • 1garlic clove
  • pinchsalt
  • cayenne pepper
  • 1onion

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry onions in pan with oil until golden brown

  2. 2

    Add crushed garlic, salt and cayenne pepper

  3. 3

    Add chopped cabbage ad carrots and toss a few minutes so that everything combines

  4. 4

    Take from heat and serve
