Ingredients

  1. 3 tbsp.Honey
  2. 3 tbsp.Balsamic vinegar
  3. 3 tbsp.Olive oil
  4. 1 tbsp.Fresh lemon juice or pineapple juice
  5. 1 tbsp.Worcestershire sauce
  6. 1/2 tsp.Dried tarragon
  7. 1/2 tsp.Dried rosemary
  8. 1 tsp.Minced garlic
  9. 1/2 tsp.White pepper
  10. 1 pinchsalt
  11. 1 1/2 poundflat iron steak

Cooking Instructions

    Whisk honey, vinegar, worcestshire sauce, tarragon, rosemary, minced garlic, white pepper, and salt in a bowl.

    Set stove on medium high. Cook steak on both sides for 4 minutes each.

    Either discard the remainder of the marinade or warm it up and pour over the steaks.
