Blend all ingredients in blender till smooth

Marinade chicken over night. It must be marinaded over night to get all the good flavors going.

Before grilling make sure chicken comes to room temp so they cook evenly.

Make sure the fire is not too hot and coles are grayish because chicken may burn easly due to spices. Grill about 3 to 4 minutes each side babysitting so it wont burn.

After getting a good char on the chicken move to indirect heat and cover the grill for about 30 to 40 minutes.
I DID overcook mines a little but it was still delicious and so much flavors. - 6
