Wash and grind the soy beans,add few drops of palm oil and sieve.

Add the sieved paste into a pot and boil,when it reaches boiling point you add the dan tsami/ruwan tsami,it will instantly thicken you dice onion and scotch bonnet and add to it.

Transfer into a sieving cloth and squeeze to drain all the water.

Un flod the cloth and cut into squares then fry in hot oil.

For the egg sauce,add small oil into a frying pan and add whisk egg,slice onion, add salt and maggi and stir continuously. Your egg sauce is done.
