Heat oil and temper garam masala

Add egg and fry

Now add onion chopped and saute well

Add ginger garlic paste and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

Add tomato and red chilli Powder and mix well

Now add the cashew-raisins paste and mix well

Finally add the garam masala powder and sugar

Serve it hot with plain rice or chapati
