Steps

First take a big vessel or kadhai. Dry wheat flour till the flour change into golden colour. Now add ghee and roast the flour when the flour loose ghee, transfer into big plate cool completely

Now add powdered sugar, in between grind the dry fruits except raisins and add into roasted flour
- 3
Now make round balls out from it. You can eat them in winter with a glass of milk
