Ingredients

  • 2-3boiled potatoes
  • 1/2 cuppaneer crumbled
  • 1 bowlmaida dough
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 1 tspdry mango powder
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  • to tastesalt
  • for fryoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a wok add cumin seeds when crackle add all spices and boiled potatoes and paneer mix well.

  2. 2

    Make roti with the maida dough cut into two parts fill potatoes and paneer mixture bind the edges with tightly.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a wok add samosa and deep fry till golden in colour.

  4. 4

    Serve with green coriander chutney
