Parl sking of potatoes, and cut in to cubes.

Cut Carrots and chopped attarugu and onion.

Per boiled potatoes and carrots. Set side, then in your fry pan add minced meat, fire on, stir for 10 minutes add oil and chopped attarugu and onion add on maggi and little salt fry for 10 minutes then add per boiled potatoes and carrots, add curry and seasonings, fry slowly for 5 minutes it's done. Enjoy
