A shout out to all the banana lovers. This is just for you all. A small banana added to a basic made - from -scratch brownie does all the heavenly wonders imparting a hint of banana flavour. It is a fudgy brownie and does not rise much. If you like the cakey texture you could add some baking powder but I've totally omitted both baking soda and baking powder. Add lots of nuts and chopped chocolate chunks or choco chips for added flavour. An easy one bowl eggless fudgy banana brownie is something you should try right away. Top it with any ice cream of your choice but I could have it just like that.
