Ingredients

1 bowlbesan
1/2 bowlcurd
1 tbspginger garlic paste
2-3green chilli finely chopped
1 tspgreen coriander chopped
pinchhaldi
to tastesalt
1/2 tspajwain
1/2 tspoil

Steps

1

Put curd,besan,salt,haldi,ajwain,ginger garlic paste,green coriander and green chilli in a wok.

Cook this mixture for till thick consistency.

Grease oil in a plate pour this batter spread it.

Cut into pieces and serve with chutney or sauce
