Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupsooji
  • 3 tbspbesan
  • to tastesugar
  • 1/2 tspyellow food colour
  • 1-2green cardamom
  • 3-4kaju
  • 3-4badam
  • 2-3pista
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • 1/2 cupghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Roast the sooji and besan.

  2. 2

    Add sugar,food colour,green cardamom,milk and water in roasted sooji -besan.

  3. 3

    Cook untill halwa consistency.

  4. 4

    Garnish with dry fruits.
