250 grams- icing sugar
1 tbs.- water
Essence as required
Few drops of lemon juice
Colour as required

Steps

Sift the icing sugar into a bowl and add sufficient or 2tbs. Water to achieve spreading consistency.

Add lemon juice or colour.
3

Add lemon juice and stir continuously while heating it.
4

Use immediatedly as the glace sets quickly.
