2chunks of yam
2pepper
5scotch bonnet
6seasoning cube
1onion
Salt
5sausages
Flour for coating
4eggs
Cooking oil for frying

Steps

1

Peel yam wash and cook with salt
2

Cool and mash with fork
3

Fry semi blended pepper onion add to the mashed yam
4

Saute the sausages in oil
5

Coat the sausages with the yam
6

Coat with flour and then coat in eggs
7

Fry in oil and garnish with my home made ketchup
8
