I really love eating spaghetti, but I don't always have a lot of time, so I came up with this quick and delicious version for my family.

I really love eating spaghetti, but I don't always have a lot of time, so I came up with this quick and delicious version for my family.

Finely chop or puree the tomatoes. Marinate the ground beef with minced garlic and chopped onion. For tender beef, add a little cooking oil and a splash of soy sauce while marinating. Avoid adding salt, as it can toughen the meat. Let the beef marinate for about 15-20 minutes.

Boil the spaghetti in boiling water for about 15-20 minutes. After draining, rinse with cold water and toss with a little cooking oil or butter to prevent sticking.

In a large skillet or pot, sauté the minced garlic and chopped onion until fragrant. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until soft. Next, pour in the jar of spaghetti sauce. Bring to a boil, then add the cup of milk.

Once the mixture is boiling, season to taste. When it comes to a boil again, add the marinated beef and stir well. Cook until the beef is done and the sauce is ready.

Serve the spaghetti on plates. You can enjoy it with fresh greens, just like my family does.
