Cut and wash your fish. Fry it in hot vegetable oil and set aside. Wash the tomatoes,peppers,onions and grind. Set aside also. Wash the moringa and mint

Lower the flame to low and allow to steam for 7-10mins. Add in the mint and fish. Stir. Check if the cous cous in fully cooked. If its not allow to steam for another couple of mins
