Ingredients

  1. 2 cupchopped broccoli
  2. 2 cupchopped cauliflower
  3. 2 cupsliced carrots
  4. 1/4 c.chopped garlic
  5. 2 tbsbutter
  6. 2 tbsolive oil
  7. 1/2 cupchicken broth
  8. to tastesalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Saute garlic for 3 minutes over medium-low heat.

  2. 2

    Add vegetables and salt and continue to saute for 5-10 more minutes until vegetable soften.

  3. 3

    Add chicken broth and cook for 5 more minutes or until liquid reduces, stirring occasionally.
