Steps

Soak rice & daal seprately in water for atleast 6 hours.

Grind them seprately with a dash of water than mix both daal & rice mixture.

Give it rest for atleast 8 to 10 hours in warm place or in sunshine.

After this take out batter in a bowl add salt, some water to it until pouring consistency achieve.

Heat a flat pan or dosa tawa grease with little oil & than sprinkle some water on it & clean with tissue.

Take or shape the dosa on tawa with laddle & heat it until it leaves it sides or golden brown in colour.

Serve with coconut chutney.
