Wash & wipe the chicken.

Put in a bowl, fork it.

Add curd, ginger, garlic, powdered.spice,lime juice,salt,keep it 10 mimiutes for marination.

Now take a pan,put oil,let it hot.

Add onion Brown it.

Add whole spices.

Add tomato pure.stir it.

Now take out merinated chicken.sprinkle some butter in it.

Keep it on the gas flame both side for 1 miniute for smoke aroma.keep it on the wire rack during the flame.

Now Add it in that pan in which onion & other things has been cooked.add remaining part of spices.

Mix it very well.

Lid it 5 miniutes.

Add salt in it.i have add before salt in it,so be careful.

Open it check water consistacy,if want more greavy add some more water.

Sprinkle coriander,& mint leaves.

Add 2 Tsp cream & mix it.

It is spicy, tangy, & flavour full chicken.

It can be used lunch,or dinner with chapatis & rice.
