For making paneer roll heat oil in a pan over medium flam

Fry the cumin seed for 30 seconds.Add the onion and green chillies.

Saute for a minute or until onin turn light golden. Add the capsicum in it,anr saute for another minute

Add the tomatoes and cook for one more minute. Then add red chilli powder,and salt.stir well..

Add the grated paneer and garam masala.cook for a minute or two on low - medium flame

Garnish with coriander leaves and switch off the flame.

Now heat a tawa over mediun flame and warm the chapati(or tortillas)

Add some of paneer vegetable mixture and roll the chapati/tortilla tightly
- 9
Serve with ketchup
