  • 2 tbspgarlic paste
  • 1 spoonGinger
  • 5Maggi
  • 1/4of salt
  • 1/2tpsn of Daddawa
  • 1/2 tspCloves
  • 2 TbspYaji (pepper)
  • 1/4of powdered orange peel

  1. 1

    Wash fish with toka(Ashes) and lime. Keep to strain for 5 mins, put in a wide bowl add maggi,garlic, ginger, onions daddawa, cloves, Yaji, powdered orange peel (pepper)to marinate leave for 30 min. Put in oven to roast.
