4 clovesminced garlic
2 tbsp.grated parmesan
to tasteSalt and pepper
to tastethyme

Peel potatoes and slice thinly using mandoline.

In a bowl, toss potatoes with remaining ingredients.

Stack potatoes in muffin molder that is slightly greased with butter.

Then top with grated parmesan and thyme. Bake for 35-40 minutes in 300 degree farenhiet.
