Ingredients

  • Olive oil oil Sadine oil
  • fish or sadine
  • Broccoli
  • Diced Carrot
  • Jollof rice
  • Scrabbled egg

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat up the sadine oil, add the broccoli and carrots, stir for 2-3 minutes

  2. 2

    Add the sadine/fish. Stir for a minute

  3. 3

    Serve in a plate with your jollof rice and scrabbled egg.
