Ingredients

  1. Olive oil oil Sadine oil
  2. fish or sadine
  3. Broccoli
  4. Diced Carrot
  5. Jollof rice
  6. Scrabbled egg

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat up the sadine oil, add the broccoli and carrots, stir for 2-3 minutes

  2. 2

    Add the sadine/fish. Stir for a minute

  3. 3

    Serve in a plate with your jollof rice and scrabbled egg.
