Ingredients

4chicken breast halves (frozen is ok)
2 cansblack beans undrained (or 1 can each of black and chili beans)
2 cansMexican stewed tomatoes or Rotel
1 cupsalsa
1 clovegarlic
1 tablespoonground cumin
1-2 canschicken broth

Steps

Combine all ingredients into crockpot. Cook on low for 8 hours.

Remove chicken pieces and cut into bite-size or shred. Stir back into soup.

Serve with tortilla chips, grated cheese, and sour cream.
