Steps

    Peel the back of the yam

  2. 2

    Wash them and put inside the pot

  3. 3

    Set up the the and start boiling it.

  4. 4

    When the yam its done, add the Red oil, pepper,tomatoes,Crayfish and salt to taste.

    Ready to consume.
