Mix gelatin with water and let it sit to spongy consistency in a steel bowl

Heat water in a separate pan and place the gelatin mix in as a double boiler. Add all other ingredients except icing sugar and let them melt
- 3
In a separate bowl put icing sugar and create a well in the middle. Pour in the warm gelatin mixture and stir till firm then kneed.

Place the icing dough in a cling film or zipped wrap
