Steps

Soak the fresh chickpeas in water for 2-3 hours

Also soak moong or urad dal for 2-3hours

Drain the chickepeas and grind it to make a paste

Mix chickepea and moong dal paste

Add all spices and salt and mix well

Take a food safe plastic sheet and dry it in the sun

Drop spoonful of wadi mixture on plastic

Shape them in small circles

Dry them in the sun for 2-3 days

After they get completely dried,store them in an air tight container

Now wadis are ready to add in any vegetable
