Cooking Instructions

Parboil the rice, blend the tomatoes, atarodo, onion, garlic, ginger.

Fry the blended tomatoes for 15 minutes. Wash the dried fish and pour on the tomatoes. Leave it to boil well. Add maggi season and boil again. Check the taste and pour the parboil rice.
- 3
Cook with the desired quantity of water.
