Ingredients

  1. 6-7Fresh Bread Crumbs
  2. Oil for dip frying
  3. 2 tspcorn flour (for paste)
  4. 1 cupDry Bread Crumbs
  5. 2 tspoil
  6. Salt as per taste
  7. 1 tspred chilli powder (if need more spicy)
  8. 1 tspGaram Masala
  9. 1 tspDry Mango Powder
  10. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  11. 200 gramspinach blanched
  12. 1/2 cupcoriander leaves chopped
  13. 1/4 cupmint leaves chopped
  14. 1 tspcumin seeds
  15. 4 tspgram flour (dry roasted)
  16. 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  17. 4green chillies
  18. 2Big Boiled Potatoes (smashed)
  19. 2 cupGreen Peas
  20. 2capsicum chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan add oil, cumin seeds. Crackled it. Add green chillies, ginger garlic paste. Saute it for a min.

    Now add chopped capsicum, Green peas. Saute it and close the lid for 2 min. Off the gas and let it cool down

  3. 3

    Now take the mixy jar add the blanched spinach and the mixture of capsicum- Green peas. Churn it corsely.

  4. 4

    Now take a big mixing bowl take out the mixture from the jar. Add roasted gram flour, fresh bread crumbs, smashed boiled potatoes, chopped coriander leaves, chopped mint leaves And all dry masala into it. Mix it well and make equal parts out of it.

    Put deep frying pan on medium flame add oil. Now mix corn flour and water. Make thick paste.

  6. 6

    Make the shape of kababs, dip it in corn flour paste. And dry bread crumbs. Get all kababs ready. Then Dip fry it.
