Steps

Take a pan add oil, cumin seeds. Crackled it. Add green chillies, ginger garlic paste. Saute it for a min.

Now add chopped capsicum, Green peas. Saute it and close the lid for 2 min. Off the gas and let it cool down

Now take the mixy jar add the blanched spinach and the mixture of capsicum- Green peas. Churn it corsely.

Now take a big mixing bowl take out the mixture from the jar. Add roasted gram flour, fresh bread crumbs, smashed boiled potatoes, chopped coriander leaves, chopped mint leaves And all dry masala into it. Mix it well and make equal parts out of it.

Put deep frying pan on medium flame add oil. Now mix corn flour and water. Make thick paste.

Make the shape of kababs, dip it in corn flour paste. And dry bread crumbs. Get all kababs ready. Then Dip fry it.
