Ingredients

  • 4 sliceBread
  • 1 cuptricolour capsicums, broccoli, carrot,onion
  • 2 tablespooncheese
  • 1 tablespoonmalai
  • to tastesalt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the vegetables in small cubes and saute in little oil.

    Mix cheese, malai, salt and pepper

  3. 3

    Take bread slices and spread the ready mixture and grill them on griller or tawa

  4. 4

    Serve with potato chips and tomato ketchup
