I saw this recipe in one of the video and thought of making it. It is so delicious when we eat with hot rice and melted ghee. I hope you all will like it.

I saw this recipe in one of the video and thought of making it. It is so delicious when we eat with hot rice and melted ghee. I hope you all will like it.

Clean the mint leaves and dry them on cloth for one hour.

Heat oil in kadai. Add urad dal, mustard seeds, menthi seeds and fry till golden and seeds splutter, then add red chillies and fry them. Allow it to cool.

Add little oil and fry the mint leaves. Add tamrind also.

Fry till mint leaves are dry. Allow it to cool

Then grind the red chillies and other seeds first and add mint leaves and grind coarsely. Add salt, turmeric, hing and mix well. If required add 2 tsp of oil. Take it in dry bowl. Serve with hot plain rice and melted ghee.
