Firstly,sieve your flour in a large mixing bowl,add in your powdered milk and baking powder

In a separate container,mix your yeast and sugar and add one cup of warm water to the mixture,mix it thoroughly and allow it to settle for abt 5-10minutes

Add that mixture of yeast and sugar to ur dry ingredients,knead very well on a flat surface of abt 10-15mins

Rub in ur butter to dough and knead continuously,until d dough becomes very soft and non sticky

Cover it in a clean container and allow it to proof for like 15-30mins

Knead d dough and cut it into desired doughnuts shapes using a doughnut cutter,fry it over a low heated oil until its golden brown in color

Ready to serve!
