Wash your bitter leaf to remove the bitter teast. Keep aside

Cook cocoyam, peel off the back. Put in a mortar and pound, add palm oil and pound together. Keep aside

Season your protein and put on fire to cook. When cooked, add more water, season to teast. Add stock fish, dried fish, blended crayfish and pepper cover to boil for 5mins

Add cocoyam and ogiri, allow to boil for 5mins so the cocoyam desolves and the stock thickens.

Add the bitter leaf and allow to boil for 5mins. Put off heat.

Serve with any swallow of your choice
