  • 1roll of pastry
  • Parma ham
  • Milk or egg to glaze

Steps

  1. 1

    Gently cut and roll the pastry into strips,

    Twist each strip again, doubled in itself. Glaze and cook for about 20 mins

    When cooked, leave to cool. Wrap in parma ham and enjoy
