Ingredients

  1. 1 glassrice
  2. as neededOil
  3. 2 PinchYellow food colour
  4. 1/2 glasssugar
  5. 1/2 tbspfennel seeds
  6. Piecescoconut
  7. as neededAny dryfruit for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a cooker and heat oil in it and add fennel seeds, dryfruits

  2. 2

    Add washed rice and water mix well

  3. 3

    Add a pinch of food colour in it and allow the cooker to come 1 whistle at low flame

  4. 4

    Serve hot
