Heat oil and fry the onions and ginger garlic paste

Add salt and turmeric powder and saute

Now add the tomato puree and cumin coriander powder and tomato

Add sag pureed saute till it is thick

Add curd beaten with little salt and besan

Now add sugar and remove

Knead a dough with makki aatta and pain flour

Take small portion of the dough and roll into round shape roti

Prepare roti and serve with sarson saag
