Ingredients

  1. 1 cupUrad dal
  2. 1Onion 1chopped
  3. 1Tomato big chopped
  4. 1/2 tspGaram Masala powder
  5. 1 tspCoriander powder
  6. 1 bowlSpring onions chopped
  7. 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  8. to tastesalt
  9. 1tspJeera
  10. 1 pinchHing
  11. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  12. 1 tspGhee

Steps

  1. 1

    Take pressure cooker heat oil add jeera,hing, haldi then add all veggies..fry well then add daal and water (2 to 3 glass) and add all masala ingredients

  2. 2

    Lid the cooker and take 1 whistle... let it cook until pressure out

  3. 3

    Cook and enjoy
