Super easy but double the delight.

Steps
- 1
In a baking bowl...sieve all the dry ingredients together and set aside. Drop in the butter and mix into all the dry ingredients till it look like bread crumbs.
- 2
Next pour the wet ingredients into the flour mixture and mix till you get a smooth dough. Allow dough to rest for 10mins on the counter..
- 3
Add flour to your kneading surface and roll out the dought to a out 1 cm thickness and cut into desired sizes or shapes. Once you are through with cutting the dough into your desired sizes..
- 4
Heat up your frying pan or pot..add enough oil and allow to get hot. I usually throw in some cinnamon stick into the oil to give it that extra smell...
- 5
Fry the plantain chin chin in patches till it is golden brown...mind you, because of the plantain the chin chin may look darker than the regular chin chin, so you have to fry it on moderate heat.
- 6
Once the plantain chin chin is properly done, remove from oil and set on a paper towel to drain off excess oil... After it's cool down you can pack in air tight container. Enjoy your plantain chin chin with any cold drink of your choice.👌😚😘
