Boiled Irish and egg sauce

Peel your Irish and wash pour it in pot add little salt and water cover the pot and cook till done and soft

For sauce wash your tomatoes, pepper/chilly, onion and cut to desire shape break your egg and pour in a bowl

In your pan add in oil let it hot add in your onion and stir for some minute add in your tomatoes and pepper/chilly and stir add salt and seasoning and stir allow to cook for some time pour in your already beaten egg and stir a little and allow to cook for some time stir and close the pan allow to cook for some time serve wit your already cooked Irish serve hot.
