Ingredients

  1. 200 gramsmaida
  2. 1/2 tspajwain/carom seeds
  3. As neededOil
  4. 1/2 tap baking soda
  5. As per tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Take Maida and seive it properly. Now mix salt, 1big tsp oil baking soda and ajwain.

  2. 2

    Make a dough of it and leave it for 1-2 hrs.

  3. 3

    Make chapati of it. Cut the Maida in thin lines.

  4. 4

    Then, deep fry in oil.

  5. 5

    Now, your saakh is ready to eat. Serve it with green chutney.
