Beet Puri

Peel the beet and cut into small size.

Grind beet with little water to form smooth paste.

Now add 250 gm flour, salt, 1 tb spoon oil, 2 teaspoon roasted cumin and chilli powder,beet's paste in a mixing bowl and mix well.

Add water gradually and knead soft dough.

Cover dough with wet clothes for 15 minutes.

Divide dough into equal portions and shape them into balls.

Lightly flatten it like a puri with a rolling pin.

Heat 4 cups oil in a pan over high heat and then simmer.

Deep fry puri on both sides until crispy.

Serve beet puri with gravy of your choice.
