Take maida in a mixing bowl add salt oil and baking powder mix well add water and knead the dough keep aside for 10-15 min.

For red sauce pasta put the pan on flame add 2 tbsp oil add chop onion saute add ginger garlic paste saute 2 min. add 2-3tbsp pasta sauce add add 1/4cup cook few min add boiled pasta, salt, pepper powder and mix herb mix well cook 4-5 min switch off the flame.

Grate the cheese cube mix in pasta at room temperature keep aside.

Now take dough and make small size balls and make rectangle strips put spoon of pasta now fold the strip and seal with maida paste now sides press with fork.

Now hot the oil in kadhai and deep fry all the puff on medium slow flame.

Serve with ketchup and chilli sauce.
