Steps

Firstly in a large kadhai heat milk with some saffron strands

Stir and boil the milk, boil till milk thickens slightly

Further add sugar, milk powder, cardmom powder, and chopped nuts stir well, boil until milk thickens well (dont make thick as rabdi)

Once done Switch off the flame,transfer this in bowl and keep aside

To prepare puris in a mixing bowl add maida, sooji, salt, 1tsp oil and add water and prepare a puri dough

Make small balls out of dough and roll it to 4-5 inch diameter

Now fold the rolled dough to make it half circle

Again fold a poori to tringale shape,repeat the process for rest pooris

Heat oil in a kadai and fry this triangular puris

Once done remove on a plate

Now dip the pooris in warm milk and allow it to sit atleast for 10 mins or until puris absorbs milk and turns to soft puris

Finally enjoy with chopped nuts

Note - you can use wheat flour instead of maida for making puris
