This is so delicious recipe in which chocolate filled rasgullas are immersed in chilled custard.

This is so delicious recipe in which chocolate filled rasgullas are immersed in chilled custard.
Steps

Put the milk in a heavy bottomed vessel and allow it to boil.

When it starts boiling then switch off the flame and add vinegar into it and allow the milk to curdle.

Keep the chhena in it till it cool to room temperature.

Then strain the chhena with a muslin cloth and hang it for sometime.

Mash the chhena with your hand for atleast 10 minutes.

Then add semolina and half of the cardamom powder and mash it well.

Then make small balls of the chhena and put some chocochips on it.

Make the sugar syrup by adding the sugar,water and also the remaining cardamom powder and allow it to boil for 10 minutes.

Then put the chocolate filled balls into the syrup and allow it to boil for 10-12 minutes in medium flame with covering a lid.

After 10 minutes the rasgullas become double in size and then switch off the flame.

In the meantime prepare the custard by putting the milk on gas stove and adding the custard powder and sugar in it.

When the custard becomes slight thick then switch off the flame.

After cooling down put the custard for sometime in refrigerator.

Now the custard and the rasgullas are ready.

While serving just squeeze and place the chocolate filled rasgullas on custard and garnish with splitted cashew nuts and chocochips. Now your choco filled custard is now ready to serve.
