Add milk in a heavy bottomed pan.

Bring the milk to boil.

When milk starts boiling, lower the gas and cook it until milk is reduced to half.

Add sugar and cook until sugar is dissolved.

Stirring continuously.

Add cardamom powder.

Chopped all dry fruits except raisins. Then add all dry fruits.

When it become fully thick then remove from flame.

Let it be cool.

Take kheer in a bowl and spread chopped cherry over it.

Now it ready for serve.
