Ingredients

  • 4gourd slices
  • 1brinjal sliced
  • 1 tspnigella seeds
  • 1red chilli whole
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper nigella seeds and red chilli

  2. 2

    Add the bitter gourd sliced stir fry well

  3. 3

    Add salt and turmeric powder and cover till it is soft

  4. 4

    Add brinjal and fry well adding sugar

  5. 5

    Serve it with rice
